organizations to review the proposals and to engage in joint planning for future
projects
nSuggested preparation for a meeting:
èInform relevant donors of planned meeting at
least six months in
advance
èDistribute preliminary NAPs at least two
months prior to the
meeting
èDistribute nationally endorsed SAP as soon as
it is available
