Formulation of the Full Project management structure
nIt should be built on the structure put in
place for the PDF-B
implementation phase, namely:
èProject Manager (PM): day-to-day implementation of the project
èProject Management Unit (PMU): staff
of technical specialists (between
3 and 5, plus administrative support)
èProject Steering Committee and National
Interministry Committees
(NICs): should be
incorporated into the Full Project phase
