nOnce it has received Council approval for
Work Program
inclusion, the IA/EA appraise the project and finalises detailed project arrangements
nThe final project document (incorporating
response to earlier
comments by Council, Secretariat, etc), is approved by the authorising body of the
IA/EA
nThe final project document is sent to the GEF
Secretariat and endorsed
by the CEO
