develop training for specific operational areas such as pilotage, Port
Wardens, Port State Control, oil spill response, use of dispersants in
response to oil spills, etc.
Establish a mechanism to ensure that
relevant oceanographic information (such as tides and water levels,
currents, etc.) is made available to support regional hydrographic
activities, including the production of nautical charts.
