Develop a Data and Information Management System for maritime
related impacts
from port and navigation activities and land-based sources of pollution on the Gulf of Honduras.
Update and complete TDA, including an updated assessment of the
relative importance
and transboundary impact of land-based and marine-based sources of pollution and filling the gaps
identified in the Preliminary TDA.
Prepare, negotiate, and endorse at the national level a
regional Strategic Action
Plan (SAP) for port and navigational pollution reduction measures as well as reduction of other adverse
land-based activities.
