Objective
Develop the long-term
capacity for gathering, organizing, analyzing
and disseminating marine environmental information, as a complement to the MBRS Regional Environmental Information System (EIS), fill gaps in
existing knowledge of the marine
environmental issues, and undertake
strategic planning for concrete actions to reduce marine pollution in the Gulf of Honduras.
