Convention of Long-Range Transboundary
Air Pollution
(LRTAP) - NOx Protocol
The objectives of this convention is to
monitor and limit the
long-distance pollution of some hazardous
substances, to man and
environment.
Among these are nitrous oxide (NOx),
sulphur and volatile organic
compounds (VOC). The NOx protocol was
selected for this indicator.
