The MAP Library manages publications related to the Mediterranean Sea and its coastal areas. Its specialized collection includes meeting documents, MAP publications, books, reports, journals & newsletters, technical reports series (MTS), multimedia on marine pollution, marine law, environmental management & policy, sustainable development, coastal management and specially protected areas.

The Library offers assistance and reference services to the scientific, professional and academic communities interested in Mediterranean marine issues, as well as to the media and the wider public.

Here you will find our MAP Publications, MAP Technical Reports and MAP Meeting documents dated back to 1975. Documents from key meetings are available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. You also have the option to access all library holdings.

The MAP Library is also an active participant in both Mediterranean and international library and information networks, in particular the Mediterranean Marine and Aquatic Libraries and Information Centres Network.
