Consultants Financed by the Project Preparation Grant (PPG)
* Specialists will be hired in each country
** The weekly fee of $680 corresponds to an average of consultant weekly fees in both Argentina and Uruguay, and an estimate of the variations in fees depending on whether individual consultants or national consulting firms are hired to undertake the various suites of activities/assessments detailed above.
