Purpose of this Document
This document presents draft baseline and target levels of key project indicators for approval. This
information will be used in the Annual Progress Report due for submission in June 2009.
It is clear that some indicators require additional data gathering and these are highlighted. This
information will be assembled by the Project Team together with National Experts and presented to
the Tisza Group Meeting in April 2008. The revised document will be sent to the PSC members for
approval.
