At the level
of the SP:
• A
well designed Coordination Group between the RC and IF with its own
Log-frame Matrix, Indicators and M&E. The CG will examine all projects
entering the IF pipeline for their alignment with SAP priorities, and will
approve, in extreme cases reject and in
most cases suggest modifications and improvements.
•The establishment of a Sustainable
Financing mechanism which will seek financing of SP activities beyond the
lifetime of the Project basically through the Barcelona Convention available
mechanisms.
