Commercial Practices: Project provides funds to be given to beneficiaries such as private
enterprises and autonomous commercial enterprises in public sector for partial financing of sub-
projects. The procurement will be undertaken by the respective beneficiaries in accordance with
the established commercial practices in accordance with paragraph 3.12 of the Procurement
Guidelines. Procurement of goods and works contracts estimated to cost less than $500,000 per
contract will be through commercial practices and contracts above this threshold will be procured
through ICB procedures. Procurement of consulting services estimated to cost less than $200,000
per contract will be through commercial practices and contracts above this threshold will be
procured through QCBS procedures.
