Emilia,
I reviewed the budget table, and I would recommend the following:
(i) have separate budget lines for the TDA and the SAP. In fact the completion of these steps during
preparation is the main justification for the relatively high amount of the funds requested.
(ii) since I guess that the $170k of "parallel" government funding will contribute to the TDA-SAP preparation,
I would suggest to include the amount in the budget under the TDA-SAP line (and not in a footnote)
(iii) normally in a PDF-B we would expect that costs such as furniture, vehicles etc. would be part of the in
kind local contribution; if the Bank considers that these expenditures are however needed, they should be
split among the various budget lines and included in the budget line amount.(TDA, SAP, consultations,
awareness etc.).
Let me know if you need further clarifications. As soon as I will receive the new table I shall issue my
recommendation.
