As the smallest Pacific SIDs are unable to
fully support OFM, mechanisms
to assist them might include: a national
Fisheries staff member situated at
FFA to look after their country’s interests;
A non-national FFA staff member or
consultant to undertake this
task
on a small countries’ behalf? and/or
Consultants affiliated with FFA to look after the specific interests of the
small countries.
