called communal manure
platforms;
•Important areas of agricultural land are polluted with domestic and animal waste, creating serious threats on the health of the local population;
•Waste piles expand on
the neighboring
agricultural land;
•The waste is thrown away on the banks of the rivers and lakes contributing significantly to their eutrophication.
