Task 1.5 Verification of maps for land use and land ownership for the areas of Belene Island

Map verification

In preparatory stage was elaborated converter for data transformation from ZEM format to AutoCad readable.

After elaboration the global map of wetlands in scale 1:5000 and obtaining of ownership data from Ministry of Agriculture data was converted and integrated into zone maps.

Properties entering into the zones were localized and highlighted according several ownership types, namely:

State
Municipal
Private
Patrimony

Properties entering into the zones are colored in appropriate solid colors.

Properties entering into the border zone but out of wetlands are colored in the same colors, but in pattern.

On the ownership map except property type there are remarks regarding hired, leased and other types land ownership including corresponding leaseholders or users for each such property.

From area calculations from the drawing the following results for inside zone lands are obtained:

Ownership map is elaborated for graphic data presentation for zone in Scale 1:10000.
