Rehabilitation works are being  executed by the Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (TUGEM)  and General Directorate Of  Rural Services.  Financing of the works regarding this step of the project will be covered by the World Bank loan.
 
Reduction  works of  the pollution arising from agriculture in the Black Sea  will be performed by the donation to be granted by the GEF.
