3. Fertiliser must not be applicated on snow-covered or deeply frozen ground;
4. Nitrogen
containing commercial fertilisers must not be applicated from the 1st of November to the 15th of February;
5. Manure
and other organic fertilisers must not be applicated from the 1st of January to the 15th of February;
6. Manure
and other organic fertilisers can be spread from the 1st of August to the 30th of
November only to a growing crop
or before autumn sowing.
