published on Bank's WEB site. The Project Team has agreed with the Client on this procurement
plan which may contain information on the Western Indian ocean Highway Development and
Coastal and Marine Contamination Prevention Project. The initial procurement plan will
cover the first 18 months of the project and then updated annually or earlier as necessary)
