Agricultural Pollution Control Project
Amendment to the Draft Global Environment Facility (GEF)
Trust Fund Grant Agreement
We refer to the draft GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement for the Agricultural Pollution
Control Project (the Project) and to the Minutes of Negotiations for said Project dated December
20, 2003, between the Republic of Moldova (the Recipient) and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), acting as an Implementing Agency of the GEF. We
also refer to your letter dated June 12, 2003, requesting that the disbursement percentages
reflected in my letter of December 19, 2003, be incorporated in the draft GEF Trust Fund Grant
Agreement as agreed in the Minutes of Negotiations.
We hereby confirm the Bank's agreement to the following amendment.
The table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the draft GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement is
revised to read as per Annex to this letter.
Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing amendment by countersigning, dating
and returning to us the enclosed copy of this letter. Upon receipt by the Bank of the copy of this
letter countersigned by you, this amendment will become effective as of date of the
countersignature.
