With that purpose, establishing a system for creating supply – demand balance between vegetable producers and livestock producers, causing farmers to try to use fertilizers consciously based on good agricultural practices and soil analysis by leading farmers, training of farmers by local agricultural agencies, awareness of the local population, and monitoring of the surface and ground waters for observing the results of these activities, and replication of these activities at national at regional levels is the objective.
