•g) The commune
would provide the funds required and will be responsible for the O&M of the manure storage, complying with applicable environmental
legislation.
•h) The commune
agrees to be the guarantee for the householders
selected to receive support for the construction
of the household bunkers and well head protection, that they will properly use the materials
given by the Project for the
agreed construction purposes.
•i) The commune is
committed to participate in the tree planting
program, providing the land and the labor for planting and maintaining the trees, according with
the Project provisions.
•j) The commune is
committed to work with the Project to increase the use of environment-friendly agricultural practices among the farmers, facilitating the training activities and workshops organized by the Project for farmers.
